We’re centralising and automating our cloud infrastructure so every server change—from security patches to performance tweaks—can be deployed uniformly and reliably. Our new setup also opens the door to dedicated customer servers, giving you more control.
AI powered workflows, safeguarded data
We’ve introduced AI-powered workflows that let your system generate, update, and act on data automatically — for example, turning conversation logs into task lists or insights. All powered by GDPR-compliant Mistral models by default, giving you both intelligence and control.
Simplified API requests
The API interface has been streamlined so you no longer need to supply multiple complex parameters — just a clean URL is enough. Legacy APIs still work as before, but this upgrade reduces friction, errors, and makes mobile or AI-based calls far easier.
