Release notes summary – Q2 2026

April 2026

Making Agilebase Easier to Use

Over the last quarter we’ve introduced a range of enhancements designed to make Agilebase even more intuitive, helping both new and experienced users get more value from their systems.

Faster access to the information you use most

Users can now pin frequently used views, creating a personalised workspace with one-click access to the information they rely on every day. Pinned views are now remembered between sessions, making it easier to pick up where you left off.

Looking ahead: AI-ready business systems

We’re also developing new capabilities that will allow organisations to safely connect AI agents to Agilebase, enabling them to interact with business processes and data in a controlled and efficient way.

Better visibility and confidence in your data

New visual indicators make it easier to understand how information is sorted, while enhanced navigation and search tools help users find the information they need more quickly.

Enhanced data security and sovereignty

We’ve modernised our file storage infrastructure, moving customer files to a UK-owned provider operating from a Manchester-based datacentre. This strengthens our commitment to data sovereignty, security and GDPR compliance while ensuring Agilebase remains cost-effective and scalable for the future.

June 2026

Cleaner, more intuitive user experience

We’ve made a series of improvements to reduce on-screen clutter and improve readability, including better record layouts, smarter handling of large datasets and clearer visual indicators throughout the platform.
