Digital accessibility statement

Digital accessibility statement

This accessibility statement applies to:

Our commitment

Agilebase Limited is committed to making its websites and platforms accessible to Disabled people.

We want as many people as possible to be able to use this website (our marketing website) and the Agilebase platform (our user environment). For example, that means you should be able to:

  • Navigate using just a keyboard
  • Navigate using speech recognition software
  • Listen to the website using a screen reader

We currently take the following measures to ensure accessibility of Agilebase:

  • Assign clear accessibility goals and responsibilities
  • Employ formal accessibility quality assurance methods

We understand that accessibility involves an ongoing process of improvement, so we are working to identify new measures that will help us ensure the accessibility of Agilebase.

Conformance status

We are actively working to make this website and our platform meet the comprehensive standards set out by this internationally recognised Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG), which defines requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for Disabled people. It defines three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA.

We aim to meet all conformance requirements up to Level AA of the latest version of the accessibility standard, WCAG 2.2.

  • The Agilebase marketing website is partially conformant
  • The Agilebase platform is partially conformant

Partially conformant means that some parts of the content do not fully conform to the accessibility standard.

Approach to accessibility

To date, we have taken a strategic approach to improving accessibility, focusing first on key journeys through this website and the Agilebase platform, as well as commonly used interface components. This ensures that the most frequent pathways and interaction points are accessible to as many people as possible. While this focused method is efficient and impactful, some accessibility issues may remain in less commonly used areas or features of the platform.

We have tested:

  • Using automated accessibility testing tools to check for a variety of issues
  • Keyboard navigation and control of interactive elements
  • Compatibility with screen reader software (including the most recent versions of JAWS, NVDA and VoiceOver)

We continue to design and build our websites and platforms with accessibility in mind, and test them to identify and remove accessibility issues in a timely manner. Continued testing will incorporate:

  • Magnification tools
  • Switch control software
  • Voice recognition software

By September 2026, we intend to commission full WCAG 2.2 Level AA audits of this website and our platform to ensure conformance.

Limitations and alternatives

Despite our best efforts to ensure accessibility of the Agilebase platform, there may be some limitations. Below is a description of known limitations, and potential solutions.

Known limitations for the Agilebase platform include:

  • Content from users: The accessibility of content provided by our users is outside of our control. We cannot ensure the quality of user content.
