Automated spreadsheet generation
You’ve always been able to export data to Excel manually — but now, you can generate spreadsheet outputs automatically as part of your workflows.
In addition to PDF generation, Agilebase now supports automated exports in Excel (.xlsx) or CSV formats. This makes it easier than ever to share and integrate data across systems.
The CSV option is especially valuable for connecting with older or legacy software that relies on CSV imports, ensuring seamless integration for all your tools — new or old.

QR code generation for PDFs
Adding QR codes to your PDF templates is now effortless.
Whether you’re creating printed stock labels, asset tags, or other physical materials, QR codes offer a simple way to link the physical and digital worlds — enhancing traceability and efficiency.
Faster record loading
We’ve significantly improved performance for records with multiple tabs.
Agilebase now intelligently detects slower tabs and automatically switches to a faster counting method — delivering a noticeable boost in speed.

API and workflow enhancements
We’ve refined both API and workflow usability to make managing integrations simpler and more transparent:
- Improved error visibility: If a workflow or API encounters an error (for example, a rejected data push), warning icons now appear directly in both the view and editing panel — so issues are visible immediately, not just in logs.
- Enhanced security: Push APIs can now send Authorization headers using Bearer tokens, providing stronger authentication for external integrations.
- Simplified API key management: The editing process for Pull APIs has been improved to reduce the risk of accidental key changes.

Interactive map tooltips
Maps just got smarter.
When working with many categories or colour-coded data points, clarity can suffer. You can now toggle tooltips on individual map points for quick, accessible information — improving usability, especially for colour-blind users.
Scalability: Over 9 quintillion records per table!
Agilebase’s data capacity has reached new heights.
Thanks to our upgrade to big integer fields, each table can now store up to 9,223,372,036,854,775,807 records — that’s over nine quintillion – likely to be way more than you will ever need!
This update now applies not just to new tables, but all existing ones as well, ensuring your system will never run out of space.
While only a few customers were approaching the old limit, this enhancement ensures complete peace of mind as your data continues to grow.
