Customers call Agilebase “flexible,” “powerful,” and “time-saving” in latest feedback

At Agilebase, we know that the best way to improve our platform is to listen to the people who use it every day. So when we asked our customers what they thought, their answers gave us plenty to celebrate — and a few helpful ideas for the future.

In our 2025 customer survey, users shared how Agilebase has helped them work more efficiently, gain clearer insights into their data, and streamline manual processes. Many described Agilebase as “flexible,” “customisable,” and “intuitive.”

“It has saved us so much time, with an increase of over 150% in productivity,” one respondent told us. “That time saving has allowed us to run with only two full-time employees in our department — a huge cost saving.”

Others highlighted the power of being able to build and adapt the platform themselves:

“A cloud multi-use platform you can build to your requirements that will grow with you,” said another.

And when it comes to support, the message was clear — customers see the Agilebase team as “supportive,” “professional,” and “knowledgeable.”

Of course, we also received constructive feedback — such as requests for more intuitive navigation and expanded documentation — and we’re already using those insights to guide our development roadmap.

These survey results reinforce what drives Agilebase forward: helping organisations adapt quickly, stay compliant, and make their data work harder for them.
