“Our Britannia Windows service engineers go out and fix people’s windows and doors,” said Kimberley Mercer. Group Area Manager for Britannia Windows. “They wanted to put a price list into our CRM system. That way they’d be able to generate a quote on their tablets and send that to the customer straightaway.

They said, can you put a quote-builder in the system? I built a table, put the price list into it. And now the engineers go on site and can use their tablets to build a quote and send that to the customer. So that’s useful for us. I did all that with Agilebase.

Kimberley Mercer has been working for Britannia Windows for three years. She said her primary role for the firm is using No Code CRM platform Agilebase. She said it has many advantages.

“It’s quick and easy to use, and it’s simple. You click a few buttons, and it makes a big impact on what the business can do,” she said. “It’s like a stepping-stone into what I imagine coding and developing is. “

Kimberley Mercer said No Code and Agilebase can help change the face of software development.

Kimberley said it was easy to learn how to use.

“My degree is in English language and linguistics. I got my job using Agilebase without ever having worked with any CRM system or any coding or no coding.  The learning process was easy. It wasn’t daunting. The great thing about No code is that it doesn’t take a complete IT guru to understand it and be able to build it from scratch.”

Despite her modesty, Kimberley admits that she is computer savvy. She said not everyone could use Agilebase.

“I wouldn’t trust a lot of people in my company to do anything with Agilebase. They’re not computer-savvy, and they’re scared of tech.”

Nevertheless, Kimberley recommends Agilebase to small and medium-sized businesses.

“If they want something that’s easy and quick to set up. If you want to be able to maintain it yourself and make updates yourself, then Agilebase is perfect.”
